Responsibilities



  • Achieve revenue target in assigned area through effective area sales strategy and sales/distribution performance monitoring
  • Manage and build relationship with dealers, as well as maintain their XL’s product knowledge
  • Analyze market competition and competitor’s activities to sharpen sales strategy and gain return to XL



Requirements



  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably from telecommunication engineering or economics
  • 3 years experience in sales field or has passion in sales
  • Good understanding of sales, distribution, market and competitor analysis
  • Excellent communication and sales presentation skills
  • Possess customer and result orientation perspective
  • Excellent teamwork
