Job Description
Help Relationship Manager complete customer forms and documents related to product subscription and transaction
Send and pick up customer documents in order to follow up product subscription and transaction , serve the customers in branch with standardize service for Private Banking , to support RM, and help RM handling complaint
Requirements:
Maximum age 35 years old
Bachelor Degree from reputable University
Fluent in English
Good Computer Literacy (Excel, Power Point, etc)
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Having 1 year experience in banking industry in customer care and customer service
Able to perform a solid team work
