DBSI Technology & Operations Graduate Associate Program (DBSI T&O GAP)

Successful candidates will join a competitive and comprehensive 24 months training program where they will be exposed to the activities of various units in Technology and Operations. You will represent DBS Indonesia to join the 1 month prestigious training in the DBS Head Office, Singapore to learn about how a modern bank operates in a highly competitive environment and you will be exposed to the state-of-the-art technology used in banking. Upon finishing the program you will have the opportunity to hold various challenging positions within the Technology and Operations area.
Persyaratan:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Possess Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering / IT / IS from reputable local/ overseas university, with a minimum GPA at least of 3.20.
Possess maximum 2 years working experience.
Good command of English (verbal & written), and sufficient knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
Not more than 27 years old
A highly driven and motivated self starter with a strong commitment in achieving career and personal goals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have a strong interest in technology and business process engineering.
