IT Server Manager

Tanggung Jawab:

To handle infrastructure Windows platform and SQL Database
To solve hardware and operation system problems, for servers (Production, Development, UAT, and DRC)
Servers/devices maintenance
Provide support to serve data required from branches, other IT supporting units, and other division
Monitor performance system (CPU utilization, disk usage, memory usage, etc)
Finish projects assigned and take ownership projects

Persyaratan:

Education minimum Bachelor Degree from Computer Science
Minimum 5 years experience in related area
Having detailed knowledge and skill in Windows Operating System, Hardware platform, and SQL DB
Having good network skill minimum 1 year
Proven leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
A team player

Persyaratan:

Sarjana S1, lebih diutamakan lulusan Ekonomi, Manajemen, atau Pemasaran dengan IPK minimal 2.75 (skala 4.00)

To oversee the concept, design, development, and deployment of corporate wide programs under Danamon Corporate University Academies and Corporate Wide Learning Programs
To oversee and manage learning operations and Danamon Corporate University learning facilities and to coordinate learning deployment in regional areas

Persyaratan:

Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any background
Minimum 5 years work experience in facility management, learning deployment knowledge and experience would be an advantage
Having good service mindset
Having detailed knowledge and skill of strategic planning and budgeting, facilities management, learning design, roll out, and measurement
Minimum 3 years experience as Department Head
Proven communication skills and a team player
The position is for middle managerial level
