Human Resource And Admin Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Based in Bali, we are a rapidly growing startup building cutting edge world-class mobile solutions for retails.
We are currently looking for our Human Ressource and admin Manager to staff our workforce with great professionalism and accuracy. We need a versatile, dedicated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and is ready to develop the employee-oriented company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
HR management and administrative background in a fast moving company will be an asset.
With a breakdown of 60% HR and 40% administrative secretarial focus, you will utilize your strong sense of organization and responsability to drive daily operations under the direction of our Chief Operating Officer.
What You Will Be Doing
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Indonesian human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records;
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures (HR and Office)
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Manage sick and vacations leaves
- Daily Office Operation: Procedures, Filling, Organization
- Purchasing: Manage PR / PO, Find supplier, Place order and follow up
Preferred experience and background
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): microsoft office, Excel, cash-flow, forecast,
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Software company experience is a plus
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kerobokan-Bali
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent

A typical day will involve improving user experience, shaping the face of our new products, building internal tools, developing back end and front end web apps using state of the arts methodologies and modern development tools.
What You Will Be Doing
Own the entire development lifecycle, spanning from planning through implementation, documentation, testing, and deployment all the way to monitoring.
Produce high quality, maintainable code with great test coverage.
Push the envelope by introducing innovative new technologies and creative problem solving.
Collaborate internally with members of web development as well as other teams.
What You Need for this Position
Understand the entire development lifecycle, spanning from planning through implementation, documentation, testing, deployment all the way to monitoring
Preferred Experience and Background:
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
6+ years of software development experience using, PHP frameworks, JavaScript, Restfull API, HTML5 / CSS3, MySQL
Experience with Laravel PHP framework or angular.js javascript framework mandatory.
Familiarity with agile / Scrum methodologies, test driven development and continuous integration processes
Experience with version control, Git preferred
Ubuntu experience is desirable
Passion for engineering great products with stellar user experiences
