Branch Manager - Yogyakarta - Yogyakarta (Yogyakarta)
Responsibilities:
Supervise branch staff and ensure customer service meets high quality standards
Develop sales plan for branch and work with branch staff to implement plan (aligned with bank-wide campaigns and messages)
Allocate sales targets (funding and lending) to sub branch staff, and organize sales teams to achieve the targets
Ensure that branch cash levels and securities meet bank guidelines
Monitor the quality of service delivered by sub branch staff and take corrective action where necessary
Ensure that branch staff are applying the most recent processes and procedures
Represent the branch in front of regional management, customers and authorities
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Preferably Managers - AVP specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience (2 years in the same position) is required for this position.
Possess good Interpersonal Skill, Statutory regulations in respective area, Banking Product & services, Computer Skill in related area, Technical Skill in related area, Analysis Skill in related area, Communication SkillSelling & Negotiation Skill, Customer Focus, Team Work, High Integrity, Performance Excellence, Leadership, Decision Making, Planning and strong problem solving skill
