MARKETING MANAGER
(MEDAN)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with customers and suppliers
-Lead marketing members and support their activity to achieve financial target
-Make a prudent credit assessment and conducting site survey from time to time
-Control and/or settle non performing loan.
-Supervise subordinates and conduct performance appraisal of them
-Liaise with senior manager or supervisor in Jakarta Head Office
General requirements:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
-Result oriented with strong commitment
-Communicate with confidence and able to influence others
-Possess inherent drive and motivation to do the job well
-Ability to deliver in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple demands
-Comply with business ethics and demonstrate high ethical standards
-Min. bachelor degree from sounding / reputable university with GPA > 3.0
-Min. 5 years exp. in finance or banking industry with 2+ years in managerial position.
-Work effectively with others and contributes to the team's objectives
-Demonstrate the ability to influence team members towards effective teamwork and show willingness to think beyond his/her own responsibilities
