REFINERY MANAGER – MULTINATIONAL COMMODITY TRADING AND PLANTATION COMPANY (PALM OIL)
LAMPUNG
Role synopsis
Refinery Manager will be the highest position (no.1) in the refinery and will oversee departments in plantation under his supervision. These divisions are consists of Quality Control, Lab, PPIC, Maintenance, Waste Treatment, Operation, Production, and Engineering.
Main job responsibility
Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations to ensure effectiveness
Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of
manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital
Implement strategies and action plans
Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes
Ensures the level of efficiencies and effectiveness
Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume
Establish management practices throughout assigned areas
Improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee
safety attitudes
Essential requirements
At least 3 years working experiences in the same level, or 8 years working experiences in manufacturing processing plant
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (preferable) from Engineering or Agro Discipline
Having experience in managing a refinery
Strong leadership
Strong network
Positive, ambitious and outgoing personality,
MS – Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good written and spoken in English
