Our client is a US Based MNC within the fire & security industry.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for 3 business units within APAC, Middle East and managing one FP&A Analyst responsible for local entity.
He/ She will function as the primary regional finance lead and performing financial analysis of business results, forecasting & budgeting activities.
He/ She will also function as a business partner to APAC Operations Director for Logistics & Operations.


Requirements:

Regional System Analyst | MNC
Responsibilities


The technical architect for Customer Monitoring Solutions in the ASIA space will ultimately be responsible for identifying and promoting the use of the application for improving finance, customer contact, monitoring, service, contracting and maintenance efficiencies, improving customer satisfaction, identifying new opportunities, improving employee collaboration, removing waste in the Customer Monitoring Center space and increasing profit across the enterprise.
In conjunction with this activity they also need to be able to provide solution proposals, design, costs and timeline estimations to the customer considering the diverse Monitoring technologies platforms and within the Mastermind solutions space.
Solutions will be required across all operational and engineering processes from end to end within a general Customer Monitoring Solutions context.
The Mastermind roadmap will ultimately be responsible for driving Asia solutions in this space; the role will play a key leadership role in the formulation of same.
Drive and influence the delivery of solutions across our entire Mastermind eco system incorporating multiple Asia locations.
Lead the adoption of a Standardized IT model for Mastermind system and Monitoring technology within Asia and drive business value across all of our related Customer Monitoring Center processes.
Drive process improvements within our Mastermind environment using their understanding of all end to end functional processes.
Promote and influence the usage of Mastermind applications and Monitoring technologies across the operations organization using various tools.
Champion and Solution the implementations of different types of interfaces between Mastermind application and multiple Monitoring technologies as well as with other application such as ERP Ln.
Ensure data governance methodologies are adhered to within our regulated environment.
Allocate and drive accountability to the correct owner within Customer Monitoring ecosystem.
Interacts with IT business partnership teams on solution use and development.
Facilitate technical delivery with Managed Services
Collaborates with Global Infrastructure team
Support solution operations leader to improve reliability and efficiency.

Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field work experience.
Preferred 5 - 7 years of IT work experience with at least 2 years working experiences in Customer Monitoring environment.
This position requires exceptional collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, and influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels with internal and external parties in addition to key values: integrity, teamwork, excellence, and accountability.
IT Platforms familiarity: Mastermind application, MS SQL Reporting, Monitoring technologies (Signal Processor, DECAM, Mercury, etc.) and Call Centre technologies e.g. PBX, ACD, IVR etc.

Regional Finance Manager (Controllership)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible and accountable for overseeing the accounting & controllership process.
He/ She will be responsible for the accounts of SEA & HMT entities, overseeing 2 teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting and complaince with US GAAP, corporate policies, audits & local regulations.
He/She will also be responsible for the consolidation and reporting for Asia Group, participating in special projects (M&A, integration, etc.) and systems improvements.


Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
