Tracing and giving shipment information to recipient, customer, and Lazada
Follow up any customer request for return & redelivery packages
Create daily report of redelivery and return packages
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Mass Communications or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Goro - Kelapa Gading.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
