Topographical mapping, cross-sections, horizontal and vertical control, location of right of way, and utility locations to be used in preparation of plans and specifications
Drafting related to boundary, right of way, topographic surveys, including data reduction, control adjustments
Research land records, survey records, and land titles
Look for evidence of previous boundaries to determine where boundary lines are located
Record the results of surveying and verify the accuracy of data
Prepare plots, maps, and reports
Present findings to clients, government agencies, and others
Take notes of land for deeds, leases, and other legal documents
Provide expert testimony in court regarding survey work
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in construction project
Have minimal 3 years experience in oil and gas industry
Candidates must be proficient in the topographic field
Hold training certificate of Sea Survival-A, STOP, Basic Fire, First Aid, ISO 14001
Excellent skill operating Total Station equipment and AUTOCAD software (proven with certificate)
Set-up and operation of conventional survey and GPS equipment
Prepare accurate field notes, when required
Assists with the preparation and maintenance of sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys
Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features
Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain
Assist with preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
Have minimal 3 years experience in oil & gas industry

Heavy Equipment Coordinator
Performs such supervisory duties as instructing subordinates and assigning and reviewing work of same.
Performs general labor as required in the maintenance and construction of roads and bridges, drainage systems, curbing and guttering, driveways, shoulders, etc.
Repairs and constructs bridges as directed.
Loads hauls, and properly dumps dirt, gravel, etc. to jobsite.
Installs pipes for driveways; shovels and rakes debris from pipes, ditches, catch basins, etc.
Cuts trees and limbs back form roads; cuts weeds and grass around mailboxes and signs.
Picks up and hauls trash around dumpsters.
Operates a variety of types of heavy equipment such as backhoe, front end loader, dump truck, motorgrader, tractors, etc. Operates/utilizes other equipment such as shovel, pitch fork, rake, chainsaw, axe, etc.
Performs routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Have minimum 6 years experience in construction project
Have 3 years experience in oil & gas project

Coordinate day to day works to the rigger and assist to them for any rigging /lifting activities
Prepare method statement /Rigging studies for rigging operations
Prepare Risk Assessment for rigging operation
Carryout periodic Inspection of all rigging hardware such as wire rope, web sling, spreader bar, shackles, chain block, body harness etc
Study and prepare rigging plan before rig-up / erection of heavy lift equipment
Explain and enforce company rules and regulation, quantity and safety requirement and train subordinates in the correct method of doing their work
Organize daily planning of crane working area
Supervise and ensure the safe operation of cranes and forklift machines for the stacking, positioning and turning of loads, weight estimation and special lifts
Examine routine care and maintenance, fault analysis and safety of the machines in his charge
Maintain standard lifting gear conducting tool box talk to the crew
Maintain proper signals in actual lifting engaged in hoisting and moving loads to ensure safety of workers and material handled, using hard signal or radio.
Supervise the cranes boom, accessories, maintaining the log for each crane, ensuring erection of barriers and safety sign board in respect to lifting areas
Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field.
Have minimum 6 years experience in rigging/heavy lifting activities in Oil and Gas industry
Have already familiarized eith Petrochemical or oil & gas working environtment
Administers document control system and administration of COMPANY's procedural
documentation in compliance with Guidance of Certification (GOC)
Responsible for the physical management and tracking of policies, procedures, reports, revisions, change documentation in accordance with Company policy
Reviews change control documentation for accuracy and completeness
Implements and/or follows up on corrective actions reports. Provides management with status relating to Reliability and Maintenance Report
Having initiatives related to implementation of automated solutions . May eventua lly
serve as business owner of the selected solution
Administers and executes policies and procedures that typica lly affect individual

Relevant experience: 5 years' experience as Document Control in Oil and Gas Industry

Provide a full range of confidential personal assistance to the Managing Director and responsible for the execution of secretarial duties, management and organisation of Managing Director’s office.
Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, memorandums, agendas and minutes of meetings
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates
Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving
