Area Sales Manager Lampung PT Ezyload Nusabangkit


PT Ezyload Nusabangkit adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi. Dalam hal ini kami sebagai penyedia layanan komunikasi kepada masyarakat Indonesia, beberapa dari produk yang kami miliki adalah SIM Card operator telepon genggam, pulsa fisik maupun pulsa elektronik.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions;enforcing policies and procedures.
2. Achieves regional sales target by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
3. Setting of sales targets for individual and team as a whole, monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
4. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan in support of company objectives, Developing sales strategies and setting targets , Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
5. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales canvassers; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. (Retail and Wholesaler)
6. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
7. Servicing the needs of the existing customers, Collecting customer feedback and market research, compiling and analysing sales figures
8. Reporting to Sales and Marketing Director and Coordinating with Sales Manager HQ
9. Keeping up to date with products and competitors
10. Maintaining good relationships, approach and maintain the confidence with representatives of regional and central Indosat

Skills & Qualifications
1. Has minimum 5 years experience in telecomunication business
2. Willing to be placed at nationwide as needed
3. Has presentation skill, excellent sales and negotiation skills and performance management
4. has a good business sense
5. Has the ability to motivate and lead a team
6. Initiative and enthusiasm
7. Has excellent communication skills and and flexibility in the association
8. Has Good planning and organizational skills
9. The ability to work calmly under pressure
10. Has a driving license (SIM A)
11. Able to communicate in english is an advantage
