Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

Responsible for the management of all aspects of Concierge functions in accordance with hotel standards. Responsible for developing and maintaining the acknowledgment and service of all guests visiting the location. Responds, listens and assists in resolving problems especially guest complains. Ensures all departments are aware of all guests’ needs and information prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay.
