Handle mass recruitment for Opening Store Project or re-opening store project.
Handle Head office recruitment for managerial levels.
Serves all administration matters needed for managerial recruitment.
Solving all issues evolving during hiring job vacancies and takes all managerial decisions.
Planning the strategies to meet targets based on business plan.
Maintaining the recruitment process in the organization ( including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, and taking proper actions to close gaps ).
With maximum 39 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Psychology will be preferable.
Required skill(s): Excellent Communication, Negotiation, Managerial and Leadership Skill.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Recruitment Manager and 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Organization.
Specialized recruiting in store opening is a must.
Experienced as HR Generalist will be beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Flexible and well adapted person.
Strong personality and perseverance in under pressure situation.
