PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) or Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund is a State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) under the Ministry of Finance which is responsible on providing government guarantees for infrastructure projects developed under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme. PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) was established as part of government effort to speed up the development of infrastructure in Indonesia; by providing guarantees through accountable, transparent and credible process.

Project Monitoring and Claim Manager


Duties and Responsibilities :


  1. Monitoring project activities;
  2. Assist Project Monitoring & Claim Head in preparing Key Risk Indicators (KRI);
  3. Analyzing risk mitigation plan;
  4. Monitoring the process of executing risk mitigation actions/risk mitigation implementation;
  5. Establishes, builds and maintains good relationship with stakeholders i.e. Ministry of Finance, PJPK (Penangung Jawab Proyek Kerjasama);
  6. Perform others duties as required.


Requirements :


  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Economics, Law or equivalent;
  2. At least 6 year(s) of working experience as Relationship Manager required for this position;
  3. In-depth knowledge on Project Management, Risk Management and Risk Analyis;
  4. Excellent knowledge of project monitoring and the application of methodology;
  5. Good understanding of infrastructure project in Indonesia;
  6. Required skill(s): presentation, microsoft office;
  7. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  8. Fluent in English;
  9. Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive;
  10. Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities;

Procurement Staff


Job Descriptions :


  1. Manages the day-to-day operations of the procurement process
  2. Assure all invoices are audited for compliance with contract terms
  3. Responsible for ensuring records are maintaned and procurements are documented from origination through completion
  4. Coordinates routinely with other departements to assure effective and timely coordination in procuring goods and services

Requirements :


  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): English
  3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in procurement management d is required for this position.
  4. Ability to multi task, prioritize and work efficiently
  5. Ability to work independently and energeticaly approach tas assigned
  6. Flexibility to adapt to all situations
  7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  8. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
