What we're looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering with 5 years experience in Petrochemical Industry and 2 years experience as Supervisor
- Understanding troubleshooting for rotary & state equipment
- Understanding material piping & isometric piping
- Understanding vibrating analysis and inspection equipment method
- Having knowledge about mechanical integrity system, spare part management & control, and machines workshop
- Understanding safety and management system
- Willing to be placed at Indramayu, West Java
What you'll be doing?
- Coordinating and evaluating the process and results from fabrication to installation based on requested documents
- Setting the schedule and priority of installation and fabrication activities according to the level of urgency
- Ensuring completeness of daily, weekly, and monthly report for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Analyzing available reports for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities recommendation to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Analyzing troubleshooting step for workshop-related problems
- Coordinating and evaluating for maintenance and workshop equipment troubleshoot according to the plan
- Checking and supervising the implementation of equipment modification according to the approved Management of Change (MOC)
- Preparing, checking, and evaluating the efficiency of material used for maintenance of workshop-related equipment
- Ensuring storage and maintenance of tools for maintenance activities are recorded and carried out in accordance with procedures
- Ensuring the availability of production equipment spare parts in accordance with the maximum and minimum limits set
- Coordinating the Integration Management System in the related sections
- Coordinating QHSE in the work environment in accordance with established standards and targets
