Market Risk Staff

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Melakukan proses evaluasi akhir secara harian
Memonitor dan membuat laporan harian terkait risiko pasar
Memaintain dan mengupdate database risiko pasar, baik dari Sistem Treasury maupun sumber data lainnya
Membuat laporan limit monitoring harian

Requirements:
Pria berusia maksimal 30 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Statistika, Akuntansi, Finance, atau Matematika
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun dalam bidang Manajemen Risiko Pasar/Treasury di Perbankan
Memahami aktivitas/produk Treasury dan aktivitas lainnya yang terkait dengan risiko pasar
Memiliki kemampuan analitikal atas industri perbankan secara umum
Diharapkan memiliki pengalaman incharge Treasury System/Market Risk System
Menguasai Bahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan

Credit Reviewer - Staff SID

Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya) - Head Office

Responsibilities:
Melakukan mapping atas field-field yang ada pada SID dengan data warehouse Bank Panin berdasarkan wilayah / Kantor Cabang Bank Panin.
Mengirimkan hasil mapping ke KCU dan meminta petugas SID cabang untuk memeriksa hasil mapping serta melakukan koreksi pada aplikasi SID Bank Indonesia dan disertai dengan target date penyelesaian.
Meminta laporan hasil koreksi SID dan ditandatangani oleh Kepala Cabang bersama-sama dengan Wakil Kepala Cabang atau Operation Manager.
Mengarsip laporan hasil koreksi SID Cabang dan membandingkannya dengan hasil mapping bulan berikutnya.
Melakukan kontak via email atau telephone dengan petugas SID cabang terkait kesalahan pelaporan berdasarkan hasil mapping atau hasil temuan pemeriksa internal/eksternal.
Menyampaikan hasil review tingkat kesalahan cabang kepada atasan berikut action plannya.

Requirements:
Pria atau wanita, 23-30 tahun.
Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi / Manajemen / jurusan terkait dengan IPK minimal 3.00.
Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun menangani Sistem Informasi Debitur.
Memiliki pemahaman yang baik atas pelaporan SID.
Memiliki ketelitian kerja dan logika angka yang baik.
Memiliki kemauan bekerja dan keinginan belajar yang kuat.
Kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik.

Business Process Officer

Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya) - Head Office

Responsibilities:
Review branch business process including front liners and back office to be more efficient and effective.
Create or develop new business process for Business improvement.
Involved in system development projects for Business improvement.
Ensure the improvement work process being implemented in Branch.
Work closely with other business unit to ensure business process & system improvement covers Risk Management and Internal Control aspects.

Requirements:
Male or Female, 24-28 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Industrial Technology or related with minimum GPA 2.75.
Maximum 2 years experience in Banking/Business Process Improvement/Standard Operation Procedure development or system development, or audit operation.
Fluent in English and Computer Literate.
Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Visio is an advantage.
Team player with skills to meet business objectives.
Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Staff Service Quality

Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya) - Head Office

Responsibilities:
Creating and building service programs that impact on improving the quality of services in the branch.
Benchmarking service in both the banking industry and the other creating ideas that can be applied to the development of services Panin Bank.
Perform service monitoring and observation of the service branches, and then evaluate the results of the
Perform active communication with the frontliners and also do role play and coaching in order to improve customer services skills.
Conduct a review of all the results that have been implemented if the program is in accordance with the target and deserves to be a regular program.
Conduct a review of any measurement implementation of quality of service and outreach to branch.
Do the development services to internal (branch) and external (customer).

Requirements:
Male or Female, 25-30 years old.
Bachelor degree in Mass Communications or any major with minimum GPA 2.75.
Minimum 2-3 years working experiences as Service Quality Officer or any service field are more preferred.
Competencies: Presentation Skill, Conceptual Thinking, Integrity, Service Orietnted, Organization Commitment, Leadership.
