-Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management from reputable University, GPA ≥ 2,75.
-Experience in the same field would be preferable
-Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, & leadership potential
-Good in English and computer literate
-Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift
