English Service Centre Officer
Jakarta - Pondok Indah

Responsibilities:
-The role of Call Centre Officer is to provide an exemplary service to foreign / multinational customers. Help customers direct them to further sources of information, other services of interest and to answer questions, offer general advice and make sure the customer has a positive experience with the bank.
-If you have desire to serve customer, implementing solutions to challenging problems, along with improve customer satisfaction, we have the opportunity you’re looking for!

Requirements:
-Willing to work in shift schedule, highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skill
-Must be fluent in English & computer literate
-Call centre experience or experience in serving customers in other hospitality industry
-Has experience in multinational company / has exposure to multinational staff / customer
-Diploma/ Bachelor degree from any major

Responsibilities:
Working within Service Department, the position of Supervisor of Training and Recruitment is responsible to manage end to end recruitment , organizing and manage training and development programs in ANZ Service Department.

Requirements:
-Strong communication skills & must be fluent in English
-Experience by working in a very dynamic and supportive environment
-Strong focus on building relationships, confident, creative, self motivated, pro-active, and a team player
-Experience in Recruitment process or Human Resource Management and Training
-Call centre experience or experience in serving customers in other hospitality industry is advantage
