Insurance Project & Sales Incentive MIS Automation and Analytics

Internship Program at Decision Management Unit

Responsibilities:
-Enhance the Automation Sales Listing System to provide some information. These information will be needed to product Insurance Production Report in Q3 2013.
-To improve the work process effectiveness and control in Sales Incentive MIS
-To develop sales incentive benchmarking analytics.

Deliverables:
Automation Sales Listing will be able to produce all information that needed to produce Insurance Production Report.
Consolidated Sales Incentive MIS, MIS Process documentation and incentive analytics

Internship Independent Review & Control Credit Operations
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
-Understand existing and new processes in Credit Operation.
-Review impact of new processes and policy towards controls in Credit Operation.
-Propose process improvement/ reengineering intiatives in Credit Operation.
-Revise approved desktop manual, if required and translate to Bahasa Indonesia.
-Analysis of new process and policy including impacts towards Credit Operation.
-Perform new process, risk and control mapping for Credit Operation
-Revise, if required, approved desktop manual and obtain approvals.
-Perform translation of desktop manual to Bahasa Indonesia.
-Recommendation for process improvement and future development for IRC.
-Propose new testing framework for Credit Operation.
-Identify process improvement to eliminate backlog and loopholes towards controls.
-Review draft of Support Desktop Manual prepared by Independent Review and Control (IRC) and support Quality Improvement.
-Understand end to end process flow of all units in Support Department (Credit Operations Group) and identified loopholes, -unstandardize practices and discrepancies against the desktop manual.
-Propose process improvement/ reengineering intiatives in the Support Departement (Credit Operations Group)
-Translate Support Desktop Manual and all its appendices to Bahasa Indonesia.
-Analysis of infield practice against draft desktop manual.
-Revise, if required, draft desktop manual and obtain approvals.
-Perform translation of desktop manual to Bahasa Indonesia.
-Assiting in socializations of desktop manual.
-Alligh the System Entitlement Matrix to ensure access are appropiate and based on staff needs.
-Recommendation for process improvement and future development for Support Department e.g. automation, etc.
-Understand the end to end process in the Support Department (Credit Operations Group).
-Perform process mapping and identify backlog and propose rooms for improvement, if any.

Requirements:
-Internship position(s) available (6 months contract based).
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Mathematics or equivalent.
-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants only.
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Programming skills are advantage.

Visual Merchandising & Event Management Country Marketing Group

Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising & Event management role to support achieving above objectives:

Branch Communication Strategy; manage collateral mapping & branding at all physical touch points, including:

-Branches
-ATM
-Airports
-Mall & Key Strategic Partners promo
-Customer/Press events involving marketing events.


Branch Collateral Distribution Management:

-Manage Branch communication strategy for long term and short term campaign.
-Manage and supervise branch collateral update by monthly.
-Align distribution content of branch collateral with business’ direction on monthly basis.
-Manage & optimize budget for collateral delivery – no over spend.
-Review existing Citibank branches regularly, check on collateral mapping, content updating and appropriate material quality control accordingly.
-Review existing Citibank ATM locations and assign appropriate collateral accordingly – based on traffic, visibility of materials & branding placed.
-Cut back on brochure production volume at all branches & ATMs by 50% by giving alternative solution.
-Develop and improve process for distribution, tracking, monitoring, execution for an effective process & system with minimum defect.
-Ensure materials at touch points are valid, achieve 0% on expired materials at ALL branches & ATMs.
-Ensure collateral materials (hardware) at branch & ATMs are in good shape – replace broken ones etc. Raise alerts should there be budget concerns etc.
-Initiate regular meeting with RB Segment team to review and drive branch communication.

Office branding for Insurance and RB- Acquisition projects: develop, execute creative development.

Manage deployment of office branding with supplier and internal team.
Ensure effective use of budget on production & creative.

Event management:
-Event management strategy for micro and macro events, including event with partners.
-Liaise with business to ensure budget optimization of all events.
-Drive and initiate ownership of events to support Retail banking, Cards & Ready Credit events
-Manage visibility and branding on all events; ensuring deliverables, time management, vendor supervisory, brand guardian for all business’ events.
-Liaise with CPS team to support event logistic and administrative support.
-Supervise event implementation during coordinating suppliers/vendors, handling business’ queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
-Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently.
-Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders.
-Inventory of all used events materials with supplier/vendors, make sure properly stored.

Airport branding:

Identify Customers’ touch point for all business’ in airport.
Manage branding for all touch points in airport; ensure visibility, quality of material, services and time deliverables.
Liaise with business’ to update regularly; manage traffic of contents/message update at all airport’s touch points & logistics of all airport branding.
Regularly review Airport branding and quality control with vendors/suppliers and internal.
Liaise with internal team and supplier/vendors to provide report monthly for Airport branding.

Branch billboard:
-Liaise with business’ regularly for all billboard location and traffic (message updates)
-Manage logistics administrative (tax, rentals, and vendor management).
-Ensuring all billboard placements all delivered as schedule, quality controlled and properly placed.
-Provide report monthly for all billboard placement activities.

Mall & Key Strategic Partners Promo

-Support RB, Cards & RC acquisition and tactical campaigns on branding, including in-mall, in-store & booth collateral.
-Manage visibility and branding on all malls & key strategic promo activities; ensuring deliverables, time management, -vendor supervisory, brand guardian for Citibank.
-Liaise with CPS team to support promo logistic and administrative support.
-Supervise implementation; coordinating suppliers/vendors, handling business’ queries and troubleshooting on location, to ensure that all runs smoothly.
