Responsibilities:
Assist marketing team to coordinate with Agency / Supplier on the monthly budgeting process on the admin side
Coordinate with Marketing Finance Controller and Admin Assistant as their counterpart from brand team in term of finance process (ensuring PE, follow up PO, and helping them follow up with external party)
Coordinate the internal communication with corporate comm
Filing and organizing all communication material
Following up with printing supplier for any communication material.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or equivalent.
Have excellent skills of microsoft office
Fluent in english.
