Requirements:

Currently holding Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Corporate Sales.
Advance selling strategy skills, technical skills, and presentation skill.
Be able to develop new opportunities based on customer's business needs.

Medan (Sumatera Utara)Responsibilities:
*Managing Account Executive (AE) and business partners (sales team) in order to achieve the target set by the company *Aggressively increasing the number of new subscribers and to maintain the existing customer
*Doing the execution and implementation of strategies that have been directed by management based on priority *Monitoring the working conditions and sales team performance, including providing recommendations for strategy and improvement in the field
Requirements:
Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
Having a minimum 3 (three) years working experience in related job with exposures in telecomunication industries, FMCG, Banking, or IT industries
Possess strong leadership, strong selling sense and selling skill, high integrity, and good interpersonal skill
Strong communication skill, proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker
Having wide network and relation especially in corporate
Familiar with pressure of high target environment
Having own vehicle and driving license (A or C)
Good knowledge of North Sunmatera, especially Medan area
Proficient in Bahasa and English
