Responsibilities:
Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan kualitas lending, baik mobil maupun motor dapat terjaga baik, dengan mengelola dan mengendalikan fungsi credit yang ada di cabang maupun di kantor pusat.
Merencanakan dan mengatur pengembangan strategis terhadap mekanisme Credit Management Perusahaan agar dapat mengontrol EPD perusahaan secara nasional.
Melakukan Evaluasi dan pembaharuan pengelolaan Credit Management perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Access/Excel.

Competent in Recruitment & Selection (Sourcing Strategy, Recruitment Tools, Behavioral Interview)
Having experience in conduct Psychological assessment & scoring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
