Responsibilities:
Bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan proses penyusunan serta monitoring, koordinasi dan kontrol atas implementasi business plan tahunan
Membantu dalam pengembangan dan pengimplementasian sistem terkait dengan proses penyusunan dan monitoring business plan tahunan
Berperan dalam penyempurnaan prosedur serta kebijakan terkait dengan proses penyusunan dan monitoring business plan tahunan

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Budgeting / Business Plan especially in Insurance Industry.
Possess exposure and experienced in leading and coordinating yearly business plan process
Skillful in Microsoft Excel
Good analytical thinking
Good communication and negotiation skill, and good team player
Able to work under pressure

Direct Marketing (Telemarketing Sales Manager) "KODE DMTM"

Responsibilities:
Ensure and manage sales target achievement
Manage telecenter cost and risk control
Ensure productivity of capacity plan and team performance
Responsible for continuous sales development and performance, motivating and continuous coaching sales team
Liaise and maintain good relationship within partners and company

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
At least 3-4 years of working experience in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing Channel or equivalent in insurance/banking industry
Fluent in English both written and spoken

Responsible for developing training schedule for Telemarketer
Handle the hiring and managing telemarketers recruitment process at telecenter
Conduct the induction training and motivation skill training
Manage product training delivery

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Coordinating Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent in insurance/banking industry.

Requirements:
