To manage the development and implementation of health and medical operation strategy and plan, and support HOO in the alignment of health and medical operation policies and processes, in order to support AXA Financial Indonesia to a level that strategically competitive and position the company as health leader with profitable portfolios.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Medicine or equivalent.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Underwriter (Insurance) or equivalent.
Capability to negotiate and handle issues with external and internal parties
Minimum 8 years experience in new business and underwriting
5 years experience in managerial position
Knowledge of Insurance, also process and procedures in Operations Departments
