Managing branch business functions, portfolio quality and optimum operational quality to support national target achievement through monitor sales, marketing, collection & operation.
Requirements:
Male or Female, Max. 35 years old
Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree (S2) from any field
1 – 2 years position as Branch Manager, prefer in finance company
Experienced : handling sales-marketing & collection
Have strong analytic thinking, good communication skill and wide networking
A proven track record for people management and leading a team of 10+
A strong business acumen for achieving results
A self motivated work ethic and drive to succeed
