Responsibilities:
Facilitates complex learning solutions to senior managers and advanced specialists as needed
design, develop, and evaluate the effectiveness of complex learning solutions targeted at addressing critical business needs.
Provides consultative services to identify,design, and develop targeted solutions and initiatives to meet the customer's business goals and objectives.
Works closely with subject matter experts from the business to develop learning solutions, defining briefs, action plans and innovative solutions.
Facilitates workshops and collaborative sessions as needed.
Participates in the management of the instructors, including “train the trainer” and pool management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Must demonstrate sound knowledge of adult learning practices, principles, and theories (instructional, graphical, functional/technical).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced team environment within given deadlines.
Training Industry Certification highly desirable

Create ad-hoc financial projection and presentation for management (ex: agency re-forecasting budget and plan, expansion scheme, etc.)
Monitor the agency sales related expense and budget.
Communicate with internal and external teams to make sure the agency strategic actions will be fully applied.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
