Pengalaman min.1 th diutamakan
Mengerti sistem kelistrikan ( motor listrik, analisa rangkaian)
Mengerti mesin produksi ( show case, chiller & frozen )
Dapat mengoprasikan komputer ( Ms. Office )
Lebih disukai memiliki SIM C / SIM A
Lebih disukai berpengalaman sebagai Maintenance Staff di Perusahaan industri makanan

Age max 33 years old
Male
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field from reputable university ( Preffered in Law, Psychology or Industrial Technology)
At least 2 years experience in similar position
Have an experience in litigation, handling social security labour, and maintain relation with governance
Have good initiative and problem solving skills
Have good ability to analytical thinking, good communication and negotation skills
Able to good communicate with all level of employees
Strong leadership, adaptability & service oriented
Able to conduct training with great communication
Having knowledge of training need analysis
Have experience as tester of Psychological test
Have knowledge of Competency Base Interview is a plus
Computer literate (Ms.Office)
Have good communication & interpersonal skills
Will be placed in Bandung
