Service Leader
Balikpapan,Bali,Makassar,Pekanbaru

Responsibilities:
Responsible for one of ASUS service center (Management, Finance, Logistic, and Technical)
Support service partner on surrounding area when necessary
Lead and coach a group of customer service, engineer, and logistic team
Solve any critical customer problem and complain
Responsible for service operation and management
Co-work with channel sales representative

Requirements:
Bachelor degree (S1) Graduated from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0, majoring in Information Technology (Computer Engineering), Electrical Engineering or Electronics specialization.
Experience min 5 years as Service Center Manager or related field.
Good leadership skill and ability to lead a small team.
Able to manage employees in team.
Good analytical and interpersonal skill and customer satisfaction oriented attitude.
Have knowledge in computer hardware/software.
Ready to work hard and under pressure.
Understanding Chinese would be an advantage.
