Deliver Financial Report to Public, Client & Share Holder as Company Representative
Preparing Financial report and deliver it to Bapepam & BEI
Analyst Financial report to find any impact between Operation and the report itself
Maintain good relationship with external
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies or Mass Communications background.
Having Good in Communication
Well knowledge about Coal Industry will be an advance
Fluent in English, oral & written
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Minimal Lulusan S1 Jurusan Hukum
Pengalaman minimal 3-4 tahun berhubungan dengan OJK (Bapepam LK) & IDX (BEI)
Menguasai Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas & Pasar Modal
Diutamakan yang berpengalaman sebagai Lawyer/Legal sebagai Corporate & Capital Market di perusahaan TBK
