Responsibilities:
Preparing Project Schedule in Primavera based on Concept Design (Create WBS, BOQ, Input Cost Schedule and Cash-Flow).
Conduct Monthly Progress, Risk Analysis; Earn Value Analysis, Update Cash Flow, and Review Progress against Critical Path.
Create & Distribute Project Progress Reports
To carry out Earned Value calculations including monitor the actual physical progress in relation to progress claim against the BOQ/WBS.
Interface the schedule with the project budget.
Analyze validity of schedules submitted by contractors/outside parties contributing to the project.
Analyze and report productivity and trends.
Forecast the impacts on schedule of proposed changes
Recommend procedural revisions that will improve schedule accomplishment.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Civil or Structure Engineering, in Management
Minimum 5 years working experience in a projects environment and focusing in project scheduling.
Working experience in mining industry environment and Project Management would be an advantage.
Proficient in the use of project schedule software tools such as PRIMAVERA and Microsoft Project.
Suitable balance between technical and managerial skills.
Have good knowledge and experience in project management.
Have good knowledge and experience in construction sequencing, standards or codes.
Have good knowledge and experience in contract administration and supply chain management.
Have good analytical and problem solving skills.

Provide a framework for managing related projects considering key factors such as strategic benefits, coordinated planning, complex interdependencies, deliverable integration, and optimizing pacing.
Focus on the projects interdependencies and help to determine the optimal approach for managing project in portfolio.
Mitigating risk activities that run across components, such as contingency planning
Coordinating with support functions for support in managing personnel resources, managing contracts and procurements, legal support and other as required in optimum benefit of program.
Providing program manager the information needed to make decisions that guide the program and the administrative support in managing program schedule, budgets, risks and other areas required for effective program management
Requirements:
Master or Bachelor Degree (Engineering is preferable), MBA or understanding Financial Model with ability to monitor and adjust is basic needed
Experienced in international companies with large scale Program/Project Management with of certified Project Management.
Min 20 years in Project Management or Program Management office or large scale Project Management office
More than 5 years experiences in Managing role of Major or big capital project development (+$300 million)

Responsibilities:
Will be controlling, maintaining and updating project both of progress schedule and budget and cost control.
Conduct the accuracy updated data of cost & budgeting, schedule which will be comparing to the master baseline to get a calculation of Earn Value Analysis for all current projects and projects in the pipe-line to be managed by ITM Projects
Provide and review Standard Operation Procedure related to process of cost controlling and scheduling
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering, Industrial EngineerAccounting or Business Practice
Have min 6 years experience and knowledge in the project management focusing in Monitoring and Controlling area.
Conversant with the international quality and documentation standardization, Safety Procedures and Business Process Management with sound experience in this field.
Working experience in mining industry environment would be and advantage.
