Prepare and compose correspondence, memoranda and reports as required
Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements including for relevant Company visitors
Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments
Support in preparing presentation materials, meeting materials and necessary logistics
Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings
Support in document screening for agreements, memoranda and reports need to be reviewed and approved by the President Director with accuracy and considerable understanding in company policies and procedures
To perform other related duties as required
Requirements:

Having a strong communication skill and customer service orientation
Having a focus on order and details with high accuracy
Flexible and independent
Required language(s): English or Japanese or Mandarin
Programmer

Bachelor degree in computer science, MIS or related experience
Having experience min 2 years as SyBase, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MS SQL, Crystal Report, VB6, PHP, MySQL
Knowledge in Accounting System, Inventory System or having experience to handle ERP System
Knowledge in Adobe, Photoshop, Corel Draw is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking
Good command both written and spoken in English
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
