The role holder will primarily responsible to ensure the transaction and services of financial instruction are executed properly within a standard time.
A tertiary qualification in business related field
Candidate must possess excellent problem solving skills and service-oriented
Ability to identify opportunities to improve work processes and work environment to better facilitate customer transactions
Experience in banking operations will be an advantage
