Logistic Executive
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Issuing purchase order for material within his/her responsibilities
Follow up order to ensure that all material arrive or available according to production schedule or at the requested time
Asking quotation, negotiate and follow up on order confirmation and supporting documentation from supplier
Responsible for sourcing activity of material within his/her responsibilites
Responsible for any incompliance coming from supplier & monitoring the progress
Filing document e.g. purchase order, quotation, shipping document that related to ordering process
Run effectively export and import operation function, arrangements, procedures, and maintains current information on export-import tarrif, licences, and restictions both air and ocean freight, for both Chemicals and Pharmaceutical division
Convert with export import documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin BL, PEB,&EDI
Maintain a good relationship with Freight Forwarders, Airlines, Shipping Lines
Do intensive travel to port or Custom Office
Application state and government or local law / regulation which is connection with import matters
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing / Export-Import / Supply Chain Management field is required for this position, preferably in Pharmaceutical / FMCG industries
Knowledge in inventory management
Understand all basic cargo matters
Having knowledge in Export & Import Procedures for air and ocean freight forwarding
Having PPJK Licences will be an advantages
Expert in Microsoft Office usage
Good in English both oral and written
Sales Specialist (Process Solution)
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Regularly monitor and review sales achievement in one own area.
Ensure the achievement of sales and GP target in the designated area for the designated product range assigned by superior
Ensure the full coverage of the market, existing and potential customers, maintain the contacts with all relevant customers, dealers
Responsible for the effective implementation of action plan in line with business strategy in designated area and product range
Keeps records and reports on all activities, prepares reports of customer visits, business transaction and submits to superior on weekly basis.
Coordinate with internal sales representative/customer care center officer, provide updated information about the customers, dealers, etc. in order to keep account active and/or literature up to date.
Monitor and facilitates the collection of overdue payment for all outstanding in the designated area.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Pharmacy/Pharmacology
At least 1 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales, pharmaceutical raw material, QA / RnD in Pharmaceutical Company
Preferably from Pharmaceutical and Raw Material Trader.
Possess ablitity to communicate with english (both spoken and written)
Possess good communication skill, presentation skill, persuation skill, negotioation skill and also strong leadership.
Possess ability to operate Ms Office, especially Ms Exel and Powerpoint.
