Specialist – Customer Experience Insight

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Propose detail design of continuous tracking studies to monitor customer experience performance XL & Competitor
Check and validate research data to distribute accurate report to related departments
Analyze data together with research agencies to provide insights for the business as well as for regional team
Monitor agency performance to maintain high quality research result
Develop quick survey such as Telesurvey, Consumer Connection program
Design ad-hoc research related to the customer touch point, key moment of truth, and service experience
Handling related administrative matter of Market Insights unit’s activities

Requirements:
Minimum S1 majoring Psychology/Statistics/Business/marketing/management
Minimum 5 years experience in consumers research either in client or agency side
Advance knowledge of market research fundamental
Intermediate marketing skill
Basic project management skill
Strong analytical thinking
Attentive to detail
Service Orientation
Good understanding of telecommunication business (network, customer service, service experience) is advantage(for external job posting)

Analyst – Contract Formation

Responsibilities:
Review the clear and complete of request for contract (RFC) documents from Procurement and Network Financial Management (NFM) to ensure completion and valid raw material contract formation process
Evaluate proper template and drafting process to provide initial draft on contact timely
Conduct contract negotiation to obtain final draft on time and secure for company
Provide contract expert facilities to every contact dispute in order to resolve the dispute
Provide and improve template contract for better and faster contract formation process

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Legal or business law background
Minimum 3 years experience as procurement contract drafting
Intermediate Contract drafting skills
Intermediate English skills
Intermediate Negotiation skills
Proactive communication to the respective stake holder
Attention to detail
Analytical thinking
