Manager – Yield Management

Jakarta Raya

Develop pricing principles and guidelines, and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure pricing structure & tariff levels across markets/ offerings are in line with strategic business objectives

Ensure all market specific requirements and pricing guidelines are complied to while evaluating price point recommendations
Develop business cases and drive competitive modeling for high impact products and drive ownership of revenue and yield realizations, profitability and market share targets
Act as interface between core pricing analytics and multiple stakeholders to drive balance between analytics and market insight driven pricing decisions
Ensure compliance and effectiveness of pricing guidelines across products, markets and types of decisions

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Economics/Finance/Math/Statistics with strong Academic Track Record (Master Degree would be advantage)
Min. 7 years experience across Telco/Airlines/ Logistics/ Hospitality/ FMCG, including managerial role in relevant areas
Extensive Pricing analytics/ yield management/ revenue management experience
Strong problem solving capabilities with proven project and people management experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet established deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy
Track record of pushing analysis to actionable recommendations
Internal client service orientation and ability to drive change across multiple stakeholders with varying incentives/ perspectives
Experienced with financial modeling, database management and business intelligence systems
Ability to work under pressure and liaise with senior stakeholders on regular basis

Analyst – Competitive Strategy

Holistic assessment of competitor strategies across markets and offerings
Assess competitive dynamics and scenarios for generation of pricing principles and guidelines
Assess triggers, thresholds and extent of competitive reactions based on specific competitors, service offerings and market dynamics
Drive game theory and competitive / industry scenario based models to preempt responses to various pricing structure/ tariff levels decisions
Support regional pricing coordinator and other stakeholders in ensuring market specific pricing decisions account for likely competitive responses
Periodic reporting and brainstorming with CXOs and other stakeholders on competitive movements in the market, and effectiveness of planned competitive strategy

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Finance/Math/Statistics/IT with strong Academic Track Record
Min. 3 years of primarily Telco experience in market insights/ competitive intelligence/ corporate strategy/ pricing/ business analytics roles preferred
Advanced knowledge of sensitivity analytics, game theory, elasticity modeling
Punctual with numbers and comfortable with advanced modeling and computations
Proficient in Database management and comfortable in dealing with large quantities of data
Strong analytical skills, resourcefulness and ability to work under pressure
Able to work with minimum supervision and highly self-motivated

Specialist – Revenue Planning

Prepare detailed pricing principles based on firm strategy, revenue performance and inputs from various stakeholders
Translate approved pricing principles to specific pricing guidelines - customized for respective stakeholders, markets and type of pricing decisions
Support Business Control in monitoring implementation, compliance and effectiveness of pricing principles and guidelines
Support periodic revenue and profitability planning based on performance across key financial metrics
Provide recommendations on pricing structure & tariff levels and co-develop business-case model with segment/ customer management teams for new Price plans and packets
Conduct review of pricing principles and guidelines in case of change in company strategy, significant competitive threat or infectiveness of guidelines

Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Economics/Finance/Math/Statistics with strong Academic Track Record (Master’s Degree would be an advantage)
Min. 5 years of primarily Telco experience in revenue management/ pricing/ analytics/ finance/ corporate strategy roles preferred
Advanced financial modeling and database management experience
