Investigation Executive
Jakarta Raya - Bandara International Soekarno HattaResponsibilities:
Collect information, clues and evidences related to the fraud.
Analyze the clues and evidences to ascertain the fraud.
Record all the analysis in a proper documented form which can be presented to management.
Provide recommendations in the report regarding what punitive actions could be taken against the accused and the recommendation for corrective actions.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent with airline background will be advantage.
Required skill(s): Fraud Investigation, Fraud Prevention.
Previous experience as a fraud investigator will be an added advantage
The preferred candidate should have high attention to detail. Must strive for error free work.
Must have excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is necessary. Written as well as spoken communication should be fluent.
Must have an analytical bend of mind and be able to analyses evidences and clues correctly so as to solve the fraud case.
Good observation and listening skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially excel formula which help in fraud detection.
Must be aware of local laws.
Should be able to build a logical hypothesis and test it.
Good people management skills and be able liaise with various parties including third parties, suspects, witnesses, etc.
Required language(s): English
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Corporate Quality Executive
Jakarta Raya - Soekarno Hatta International AirportResponsibilities:
Lead audit, for cabin as well as station areas, especially for IAA hubs and stations, maintain a fair judgement and decision making in every audit activities, and to deliver a consistent report and follow up every audit findings within timely manner.
Proactively support the Corporate Quality team in implementing a good Quality Management System (QMS) across IAA.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from any disciplines.
Audit background.
At least 3 years experience in airline company, preferably in Ground Operations.
Deep knowledge in Quality Management System would be an advantage.
Certified in Safety would be an advantage.
Strong analytical ability.
Willing to communicate extensively with good command in english, both in written and spoken

Aircraft Appearance Surveyor

the Aircraft Appearance surveyor will be responsible to make sure AirAsia Aircraft Appearance is in good condition and all of the function working properly.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
good communication in english, both oral and written
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same position will be advantage, or in retail industry, especially as store manager or store supervisor.
good leadership and have good negotiation skill.
