Product Development Manager
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Supporting the works with the head of sales in formulating sales, marketing, agency training and product campaigns.
Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure the effective implementation of all product related campaigns.
Responsible for business intelligence and analysis including ongoing market research to understand and track the features and benefits of competitor products, market development, and key industry trends.
Lead product implementation team and ensure all time delivarables meet the agreed time line as set by PDC (Product Development Committee)
Supervise the development of quotation program and make sure all the formula for benefit & premium calculation are correct.
Coordinate the product implementation team for any products to be launched for both agency an PD.
Research analyze the activities (past, present, and future) of competitors. This should cover distribution channels, products, customer initiatives, service initiatives.
Monitor the Development of Government & Industry regulations relevant to the financial services industry.
Perform post implementation reviews in respect of business initiatives that have been implemented.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
