Solusi Rumah Process & Infrastructure (Financing)

Scope of works:
Identify and evaluate the quality infrastructure and access to finance in Solusi Rumah Concrete Precast Manufacturer (CPM HIL). Based on the evaluation to propose solutions, new designs for innovative system for Solusi Rumah in order to meet end-consumers needs and to stay ahead in the competition.
Plan Solusi Rumah system infrastructure and access to finance enhancements, improvements and/or developments necessary in order to create better process, product and customer experience of Solusi Rumah through the most efficient resources, mechanism and procedures.

Monitor overall Solusi Rumah business and financing enhancements, improvement of business model and partnership with financial institutions to provide and realize full value proposition of Solusi Rumah to franchisee and to relevant target market.

Bachelor Degree with background in economic or finance
Preferably minimum 5 (five) years’ of experience working on financial or banking industry.
Prior experience handling programe or finance services for small medium enterprise.
Prior working experience on management project and involved on product development/marketing program will be an advantage
Computer literate
Good command of spoken and written English
Be open to change and to considerable variety in the workplace
Take on responsibilities ad challenges
Have the ability to and make decision with minimum supervision
Good communication skill
Customer focus oriented
Able to build and maintain collaborative working relationship to facilitate achievement of work goals
Self-motivated to work independently but excellent ability to work in team

Customer Analyst (NPS Coordinator)

Cileungsi (Jawa Barat), Jakarta Raya

Customer Analyst Coordinator (Customer Promoter Coordinator) will be responsible to assure close loop process of customer feedback through NPS. The incumbent will be running the implementation of NPS survey and lead implementation of project in order to provide excellent customer loyalty via NPS discipline to Holcim products, services and brands.

Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
Prior experience related with Customer behavior, Project Management or auditing is preffered but welcome for any experience background.
Business process understanding and proven experience for System enhancement.
Passion for business process improvement
Proficient with microsoft Office(word, excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
Excellent analysis, logical thinking skill, and strong customer orientation minded.

Contact Center Supervisor

Bogor (Jawa Barat) - Narogong

To plan, initiate, supervise, monitor and control the implementation and effectiveness of customer retention & relationship strategies, programs, activities and ideas that enhance and promote excellent and consistent customer experience by identifying and analysing various types of consumer behaviors through multiple sales channels in order to ensure and guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty to Holcim Indonesia’s products, services and brands.

Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
Minimum 2 years experience of customer handling and customer relationship management
Customer Contact Center experience, especially in managing/ supervising the operation.
Advance in SAP-SD Module, CRM-Service Clouds, Telephony Infrastructure and Network Engineering.
IT Literate
Excellent in English written and verbal is a must
Able to create a system and install technology that satisfies and respond well to various customers of Holcim Indonesia as well as to support and enable the customer care team to execute and handle daily roles
Strong analytical, innovative, effective problem solving skill, and customer focus oriented
Excellent leadership and communication skill
Placement : Narogong plant and willing to work in shift system (shift I & shift II)
