Scope of works:
To implement and execute occupational health, safety and environment programs for all employees, contractors and visitors related to Geocycle activities, waste processing facilities and where required waste customers.
To ensure that Geocycle activities meet with relevant Indonesian legal requirement, company policies, related OHS & environmental standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) and Holcim standards & policies
Technical education background.
Minimum 1 year in current position
Safety & Health and Environmental work experience & qualification.
Experience in chemical / cement industries and/or waste management company and hands on experience in dealing with hazardous and non-hazardous materials for 2 years
Computer literacy ; SAP, Office & Lotus Notes
Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
Other qualification / skills:
Expert on General Occupational Health & Safety
Expert on Industrial Hygiene
Knowledge of hazardous and non hazardous waste management.
Knowledge of regulation and requirements related to Geocycle activities
Knowledge of emergency response and preparedness
Able to do accident investigation
Environmental impact assessment, hazard identification, risk assessment & deliver preventive & corrective actions needed
Key Account Inter IslandRiau - Batam, Pekanbaru
As Interisland Key Account, the incumbent will assume full responsibility for all commercial functions of the operation in the assigned area (Riau and South Sumatera). Tasks will include but not limited to :
Implementation of sales plan and initiate corrective actions to assure sales performance is within planned performance.
Coordinate with supporting function for product availability and on time delivery.
Develop the present and future markets and the prices for Inter Island Customers.
Lead negotiations with current and potential customers/distributors according to authority given.
Create, deliver, and communicate value proposition by provide excellent customer services in order to build up a very strong customer relationship.
Assure & control account folders, credit limits and payments.
Provide regular report of performance, development and activities in the assigned area.
Preferably experience as civil engineer, construction material technician or other technical experience in the construction business
Preferably, experience in sales and/or application consulting in the construction business or construction material supply or in a similar industrial sector

Scope of works:
To maintain and grow Ready Mix Concrete and aggregate sales at a profitable rate in accordance with selling budget
To provide support for Regional sales activities related to marketing in area
University degree from any major, preferably civil engineering, architecture and management
Minimum 2 years’ experience as salesman preferably in similar industry
Computer literacy :
Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP user
Good command in English both spoken & written
Other qualification / skills :
Knowledge of cement product, concrete technology and materials will be an advantage
