Treasury Financing Superintendent
Jakarta Raya - Head OfficeResponsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to
Perform constant benchmarking, improving, and optimizing of all financing related activities, both internally and externally, within the group
Accurately and actively managing indebtedness within Holcim Indonesia and its subsidiaries
Timely preparation and contribution of reports or data to internal and external entities
Review and maintain compliance to local & group policies, ICS Key Controls, and government regulation
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor degree of Finance or Accounting
Experience :
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Supervisor in related position with exposure to financing structures, loan documentation and negotiation, banks’ products and activities of share registration management
Computer literacy:
Ms Office
Language:
Excellent in English and Bahasa
Other qualification / skills:
Excellent business and financial acumen
Good understanding of Project Management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skill
Innovative, good teamwork, Initiative, and hardworking

Geocycle Sales Executives
Jawa Barat - Narogong (Bogor) - officeResponsibilities:
To contribute to the current sales targets of Geocycle waste management services. To support the waste management market development plan for Geocycle.
Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor degree in Technical (chemistry, environment and related fields) and/or business
Experience :
Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in selling of services. Preference will be given to experience in selling waste management services
Experience in dealing effectively with people at all level within an organisation.
Experience in dealing with customers and relevant government agencies.
Previous experience in waste management industry in the capacity of sales and marketing, serving accounts and developing new accounts.
Previous experience in developing and managing waste service contracts
Computer literacy :
Computer literacy, MS Office & Lotus Notes
Language :
Fair command of English language will be an added advantage.
Other qualification / skills :
Good presentation and communications skill
Good negotiation skill
Working knowledge of environmental and waste managements regulations
Waste management business experience will be an advantage
Strong negotiation and presentation skills (Good written and oral communication skills)
Able to develop solutions to prospects/customers by understanding their needs and issues; working individually and as a team player to provide the best solution to customers.
