In 2011, our Cilacap Cement Plant was one of only a few businesses in Indonesia to receive a “Gold” PROPER rating from the Ministry of Environment, the highest award in Indonesia for environmental and waste management and the second time the plant has achieved this result. Our Narogong Plant holds a Green PROPER Rating. The same year, we have attained first place in the Green Industry Awards for the second year, and the Golden Flag occupational health and safety award for the third time consecutively. We are also the only business to receive an Ozone Award recognising our ongoing work to safely dispose of ozone depleting substances. For community relations, Holcim programmes were recognised by corporate social responsibility awards from non-profit Dompet Dhuafa Foundation and local governments.

Scope of works:
To implement all of agreed HIL’s customer tiering and loyalty program

Customer data compilation and verification
Coordinate implementation according to the agreed timeline, start from the communication, pitching process up to implementation
Ensure the quality of execution
Providing periodical report and evaluation upon execution

Education :
Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university

Experience :
Minimum 2 years’ experience in implementing loyalty program
Administrative capability (Microsoft excel, other programming capability is preferred)

Computer literacy :
Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes

Language :
Good command of spoken and written English

Other qualification / skills :
Able to grow and maintain good networking within the company and related third parties
Team work - Able to work with and in a multicultural team
Excellent communication skill - clearly conveying information and ideas
Have creativity and alternative thinking to propose new ideas for and answers to work-related problems
