RMX Order & Dispatch Process Member

Receives documents complete and accurate order information from customer in order to maximize service while minimizing non-productive time of equipment and personnel.
Through operational of dispatch center for concrete truck mixer in a timely fashion to ensure the targeted service level and cost, satisfy both external & internal customer by delivering the best service with cost efficiency.

Bachelor degree any major, but preferably graduate from civil engineering, transport management or economic.
Preferably minimum 1 year experience in ready mix concrete, aggregate and building product industry.
Minimum 1-2 years in production, customer or inventory material management.
Ms.Office Excel & Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Note & Internet.
Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English (spoken & written).
Complaint handling and negotiation skill.
Good communication & interpersonal skill.
Effective problem solver.

Commercial Support, Development & Reporting Team Leader

Scope of works:
To manage overall supporting Credit Control & Collection reports accurately and timely proper such as Monthly Report and also to review & to organize company budget for PTHI and PTHB legal entities regularly including monitor flow payment RMX Raw Material Vendor performance

Education :
Bachelor’s degree, Majoring in Accounting ,Finance is preferably

Experience :
Min. 2 years experiences in relevant area, experience in Cement & RMX business industry is preferably
Have experience in administration paper works and data inputting

Computer literacy :
Advance with excel spreadsheets word processing (MS Office), Power Point and Lotus Notes
High technical expertise in SAP for Sales Distribution, Finance & Controlling and Material Management Modules.

Language :
Good command in English oral and written

Other qualification / skills :
Good communication
A team player with strong interpersonal skill as well as a team player
Highly attentive to detail and ability to do multi – task job
Ability to perform in time-constraint
