Perform periodic (Customer Lifecycle & Value Management) CLVM campaign measurement, ranges from service adoption, revenue extraction, and retention against business objectives
Align the campaign measurement with macro and micro segmentation shift
Identifies potential areas and subject that can be harvest, together with CLVM planners and business partners
Generate business insight and management report from executed campaign
Develop campaign knowledge platform to structurally store campaign result and learning
Improve CLVM campaign effectiveness and together with technology team develop automated campaign management systems

Min. S1 degree in IT/Finance/ Business
5 years experience in business analysis/customer lifecycle management
Strong analytical capabilities
Convenient with complex business measurement
Intermediate to advance SQL or other data manipulation language
Advance skill of Data mining
Exposure in customer lifecycle areas would be beneficial
Self starter and able to work independently
Team player
