Manager, Regional Supply Chain Financing (RSCF) Service & Support

Responsible for Regional Complaint Management (application) for Internal Client (Maybank OUs).
Responsible for providing for wide variety of support to Internal Client (Maybank OUs) related to the service and implementation of RSCF Application to their clients.
Provide training to enable 1st line support in all Maybank OUs equipped with appropriate knowledge/skill to provide frontline operation support for production.
Responsible for Regional ID Management.
Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory (BI & BNM) policies.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years supporting or implementing complex software applications, preferably in financial/banking services.
Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility.
Superior troubleshooting and analysis /resolution skills.
Must be an effective team player.
Excellent English written and oral skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, complex issues.
Fast learner, energetic and enthusiastic.
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Information Technology (IT) or Accounting from reputable university
Strong understanding of IT processes, infrastructure and technology applications
Sound accounting and financial analysis skill
Excellent problem-solving skill, technology risk conscious and clear logical thinking
Self-motivated and able to work well under tight deadline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
PC literate, high integrity and attention to detail
Proficient in written and spoken English
