Responsible for one of ASUS service center (Management, Finance, Logistic, and Technical)
Support service partner on surrounding area when necessary
Lead and coach a group of customer service, engineer, and logistic team
Solve any critical customer problem and complain
Responsible for service operation and management
Co-work with channel sales representative
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
Good leadership skill and ability to lead a small team.
Able to manage employees in team.
Good analytical and interpersonal skill and customer satisfaction oriented attitude.
Have knowledge in computer hardware/software.
Ready to work hard and under pressure.
Understanding Chinese would be an advantage
