This role will be responsible for leading and growing the commercial business division, understanding customer needs and actively educating existing and potential customers about ANZ banking products. The candidate is also expected to have a good understanding of bank distribution channels and grow the business through new customer acquisition. Having good interpersonal and excellent communication skills is undeniably important for this role. This will help in building and maintaining networks.
Demonstrated sales experience and proven track record of exceeding sales targets in commercial field
Possess good knowledge in business banking products, especially in liabilities products
Candidates with tertiary qualification in a business related field will be preferred

The role of Call Centre Officer is to provide an exemplary service to foreign / multinational customers. Help customers, direct them to further sources of information, other services of interest and to answer questions, offer general advice and make sure the customer has a positive experience with the bank.
Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree from overseas or local university with minimum GPA of 3.25.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and very fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
Experience in serving/dealing with expatriate customers or working in companies where English is the main communication language used.
Open to flexible working hours, highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skill.
