Performance Improvement Executive
Jakarta - Soekarno Hatta International Airport
Assist to deploy Continous Improvement (CI) program and develop quality improvement initiatives and change related to operational effectiveness in Airasia.
Lead, facilitate and execute cross functional/breakthrough improvement project using the contemporary process and quality improvement methids suach as lean, six sigma, quality control circle, etc
Assist to manage portofolio of CI projects and the deployment of CI program. Assist to monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes of the projects and overall program.
Assist to develop and roll out CI Program deployment initiatives including training plan, communication plan, program management tools and change management plan.
Persyaratan:
Bachelor degree from any discipline
Strong Microsoft excel skill
Love to travel wherever Airasia flies
Experience in quality improvement, process improvement, business transformation, or project management with practical knowledge in some quality tools would be an advantage
Experience or knowledge in process improvement methodologies such as lean, six sigma and statistical tool is desirable
Fast learner and adaptable to fast paced working environment

Persyaratan:
Minimum education SMU
Experience in airlines Industry Will be advantage
Familiar with computer (Microsoft office and email)
Fair in english both oral and written will be preferable
Hard Working, able to work in individual and team
Have driving license (SIM A)
