Product Development Manager

Manage specific product development schedule and develop detailed action plan in consistency with sales channel strategies. Lead allocated product development process. Generate new product (product ideas and initiatitve) for all distribution channels and agency. Review all existing products to ensure that the products are still up to date based on the market needs. Conduct market testing of new product or product features.
Requirements
• 30 - 37 years old
• Bachelor degree, preferably from Mathematic or Actuary
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development area from life insurance industry
• Has passed 3 courses of AAMAI exams
• Strong knowledge in life insurance industry
• Good analytical thinking
• Good communication skills and fluent in English
