Education :

Experience :

8 years experiences in concrete & aggregate / cement management
Technical Knowledge in concrete / cement industry
Computer literacy :
MS Office, Lotus Notes
Language :
Good command in English both oral & written
Other qualification / skills :
Knowledge of Concrete technology and updated Strong in building relationship skill
Have good knowledge and understanding about ready-mixed business

Making the list of recapitulation of freight cost from all subcontractor either deliver to Direct Sales, Warehouse and materials. This job will be sign by direct superior until respected Manager of Logistic Tuban and as input to accounting to know how many should be pay by company to carrier per month. Check of the report from Accounting the cash flow and trip money for driver which have used per day. This job to ensure the report of cashier already correct and give to Management of cash flow in Jamsotek that the report is correct and as guidance for them to transfer the cash flow. To ensure sufficient funds are available to cover daily operational activities of delivery from Logistics
Checking the bill from Contractor are correct to get approval from Superintendent Logistic and as input for accounting to pay
Requirements
Education :
Minimum Diploma from Accounting / Management or Logistics background
Experience :
One Year in current position
Minimum 3 years in Logistic Department especially in Administration of Proof Delivery
Computer literacy :

As Purchasing Superintendent, the incumbent will be responsible to manage the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchase and also to ensure that what is required by end user is received on time in the quality specified. The task will be covering, but not limited to:
Negotiate and prepare series of options to purchase goods/ services at the best conditions with the aim reducing total Cost of Ownership
Select the vendor, considering the end user recommendation and the vendor performance
Execute a procurement process based on theprocurement policy and procedure
Ensure that the purchasing KPI (key Performance Indicator) on the PO processing time and on time delivery are achieved and aligned with the procurement policy & procedure
Develope and coach buyers and senior buyers through their individual development program
Requirements
Education :
Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable
Experience :
5 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company (with 2 years experience as supervisor)
Computer literacy :
Microsoft office
Language :
Good command in English oral and written
